Inspired by a Rolex rarity, this Arabic GMT-Master II incorporates a vintage inspired dial alongside a unique Arabic Indic reverse Pepsi bezel.
Modifications such as its brushed bracelet give a subtle nod towards vintage pieces whilst delivering the practically and appeal of a modern watch.
Seasoned Traveller
The multiple time-zone capability of the GMT model makes this watch the perfect travel companion. Early models proved invaluable to commercial pilots and world travellers on transatlantic flights during the golden age of flight in the mid 1950’s.
The Dial
Our dial artisans have fabricated the dial using old-world techniques to create a modern interpretation of the 6542 reference GMT. Recreated aged luminous hour markers which are a hallmark of the early Rolex sport models give the dial a feel of the much sought after 50’s and 60’s models.
Timeless style
Reminiscent of the extremely rare, and commonly unknown ‘Arabic’ Bezel 6542 GMT’s, this watch comes equipped with a handmade and exclusive bespoke red and blue aluminum bezel produced in Italy. The much loved ‘Pepsi’ colours with a unique twist.
Personalise
In keeping with the design of the early GMT models we have applied a brush finish to the watches bracelet. Toning down the bracelet not only is period correct but allows for the bezel insert and customised dial to be the focal point of this edition.
The Bracelet
As previously mentioned, in keeping with the design of the early GMT models we have applied a brush finish to the watches bracelet.
The original watch features polished centre links throughout the bracelet and clasp. In order to replicate the look of a vintage GMT-Master, our expert watch makers have brushed the whole bracelet, giving it a new old feel and allowing the bezel and dial elements to really stand out.
