Natural stone dials have always been a love affair of ours and watch collectors worldwide alike. Following on from our green Malachite Submariner offering is this Lapis Lazuli stone dial edition.
The stone itself is a metamorphic rock that is prized for its intense colour, with it’s predominantly deep-blue shade and small gold flecks that magically seem to come and go dependent on the lighting on the dial. We’ve worked alongside a specialist dial artisan to create fifteen dials crafted from this beautiful stone.
Unique By Nature
The natural patterns and formations found in the Lapis Lazuli stone make each dial crafted from it entirely unique. Some dials are more rich and intricate in pattern whilst others much more subtle. Clients are welcomed into the process and to choose the dial for their watch from the range and spectrum on offer.
The Bezel
The Submariner features a hand-made Royal Blue bezel insert produced in Italy. Developed alongside the dials to achieve a shade of blue that both marries to and compliments the overriding blue tones found in the Lapis Lazuli stone.
Travel
All our watches are delivered and arrive with one of our handmade Wildman Travel cases. The perfect way to safely store and look after your customised Daytona Azure Edition whilst on the move.
The Dial
To allow the stone and its eye catching characteristics to be the focal point of the dial we’ve kept the dial layout as you’d expect. White text as original style hour markers gives the stone the staring role.
